FSR TYPE
Infrared heaters Type FSR are available in two standard lengths: 245mm (FSR) and 122mm (FSR/2). Mix of elements FSR and FSR/2 gives many possibilities for radiator panels building with different lengths and constant unit power.

HTS TYPE
This type of infrared heaters are better than FSR because:
-
they save energy by use of thermal insulation,
-
continuous work temperature is 900°C,
-
heating-up time is shorter than in FSR type and it oscillates between 1,8 to 3,2 min.

IOT TYPE
This type is available in two dimensions and two power levels. The standardized E27 thread allows for easy and safe installation, as the radiators can be screwed into metal bulbs or metal sockets with porcelain insert. Their large, round radiation surface allows to obtain very dense radiation area with low temperature of this surface. Their most valuable features are: low price, high mechanical strength, resistance for temperature changes, low power consumption, long operation life.

EBF TYPE
The EBF elements construction are factory assembled. They can be equipped with Elstein ceramic panel radiators FSR, HSR/1, HTS/1, SHTS/1 and FSR/2, HSR/2, HTS/2, SHTS/2, whereby it is also possible to combine the same types of radiators. Constructional parts of EBF type are a part of larger system that can be easily installed in many different machines. Such a module systems may be used in furnace constructions, heating tunnels etc. Even a few radiators in one heating panel gives required results.

BSH TYPE
Radiator panels type BSH with infrared heaters HTS.
-
panel dimensions 1000x1500 mm
-
flat, compact construction
-
surface load up to 40kW/m2
-
any high temperature HTS type with power up to 600W may be assembled
This system contains small amount of standard elements. The ceramic infrared radiators mounted in stainless steel reflectors are inserted in the lower part of an extruded, anodized aluminum section with an H-shaped cross section. The user only has to do the wiring, attaching EBF elements in a steel section frame has to be made on site and then connect up with the electricity mains.

HLS TYPE
Elstein HLS high performance radiators are ceramic infrared rod radiators, which can be used for operating temperatures up to 1000°C and surface load up to 87 kW/m². HLS series have a gold-plated ceramic parabolic reflector and up to 80% of the energy supplied as infrared radiation is transferred to the material which is an object to be heated. Heating-up time till 1000°C is less than 1 minute.

SHTS TYPE
Elstein SHTS super high temperature radiators were developed to increase the previous maximum permissible surface load of ceramic panel radiators from 64kW/m² to 77kW/m². The SHTS radiators, produced using the hollow castings ceramic process, are filled with thermal insulation material and have a special black glaze and gold-plated back. In 900°C of operating temperature over 75% of supplied electrical energy is transferred to the object to be heated as a medium for long-wave IR radiation.
